As a Digital Product Manager Lead Senior within PNC's Digital organization, you will be based within the PNC footprint.

As a Digital Product Manager on the Digital Wallets & Cards team, you will be responsible for leading efforts to create world-class digital and payments experiences for PNC debit and credit card customers.

This role will include the following product management focused responsibilities:
• Leading the creation of new debit & credit card features within PNC’s digital
mobile app, as well as supporting existing cards experiences
• Building new emerging payment capabilities, specifically focused on digital
wallets (e.g. Paze, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) and card tokenization

The candidate must have:
• A strong product management background, with several successful
examples of carrying an idea through the product management lifecycle
from beginning to end
• Experience working with an agile team including engineering and design as
a product owner
• Critical thinker who is detail oriented and analytical Willingness to learn new areas of banking and digital experiences
• Passionate about delivering quality customer experience and getting things
done
• Strong leadership and ability to “take it and run”, demonstrating initiative
and the ability to move projects forward even in uncertain or ambiguous
situations.

An ideal candidate will have:
• Experience launching a bank and/or fintech’s mobile app
• Debit & credit card product knowledge and experience
• Digital product management experience
• Digital wallet product management experience and familiarity with card
tokenization
• Experience with card authorizations and card transaction processing
• Technically-minded product management

You will work as a product owner on a development team and will need to collaborate with many different internal organizations across the enterprise to drive change and create digital experiences. You will work closely with experience designers, product owners, developers, scrum masters, line of business and other stakeholders, software service managers, and risk governance partners.

  As a Digital Product Manager Lead Senior on the Mobile team, you will be responsible for leading efforts to create a world-class experience for the PNC Mobile app.
  
  This role will include two key product management focused responsibilities:
  •Leading the strategy and execution of PNC’s digital mobile app, as well as supporting existing cards experiences
  •Identifying opportunities to improve PNC’s mobile app and work with product and engineering teams to deliver from inception through launch
