Senior Designer - Digital

Job Responsibilities:

• Concept and design content across a range of deliverables.
• Translate strategic and creative briefs into compelling visual directions.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, and motion designers.
• Present work clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients.
• Guide and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and direction.
• Stay current on visual trends, tools, and technologies — and bring fresh thinking to the table.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree Required in Design or similar field 

Experience:

• 7-10+ years of design experience, ideally in a Digital Agency or editorial environment.
• A portfolio that showcases strong conceptual thinking, typographic finesse, and visual storytelling across digital formats.

Skills Required:

• Strong background in design.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Figma.
• Experience with motion design, illustration, and creative direction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision and calm.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to articulate design decisions.
• The ability to take vague direction.

Travel Requirements:

• Limited Travel required (Up to 10% Domestic)
