Position Overview:
The Director, Business Systems will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of RQIP business systems. This position requires strong emphasis on ensuring business processes are supported with efficient technical solutions, as well as ensuring that data within these systems is collected and analyzed in such a way to provide actionable business insights and improve capabilities in strategic decision-making.
Position Holder is Accountable For:
- Oversee administration of RQIP’s Salesforce system, ensuring efficient technical workflows that support business requirements.
- Drive system selection, implementation, rollout and ongoing roadmaps for all other business systems with an eye towards the strategic design of RQIP’s entire software ecosystem.
- Design and manage data models for business data and facilitate executive and management reporting via a visualization tool.
- Maintain data quality, integrity and cleanliness, perform data maintenance including deduplication and normalization
- Collaborate with shared services IT support to provide insights and recommendations as needed.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 10 years’ experience in roles that involve designing and managing the implementation of internal business software and data systems
- Strong experience in administration of Salesforce, Advanced Administrator Certification preferred
- Proven ability to design and build data models to facilitate reporting on customers, financial performance, and other parts of a business
- Experience building management and executive reports in visualization tools.
- Strong business acumen
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
The estimated annual base salary for this position is $165,000-$175,000. Please note that this range does not include any other compensation or benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, level of education attained, and/or professional certifications, years of relevant experience, special skills, etc.
