Business Intelligence Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced data analysis and develop reports/dashboards.
• Collaborate with senior management to align BI solutions with business objectives.
• Lead and manage BI projects
• Implement data governance policies.
• Mentor junior analysts and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Continuously improve BI processes and stay updated with industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 8+ years in business intelligence or data analysis.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI required, Tableau, Qlikview Informatica, nice to have), strong SQL skills, knowledge of data warehousing and ETL, knowledge of Oracle DB, and familiarity with programming languages (Python or R).
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities. They will be onsite at client offices, so will represent Globant in front of stakeholders.
