The VP, Analytics, Women’ Health reports directly to the CFO and serves as the analytics leader for the women’s health brands: Bonafide, Uqora and Equelle, where data driven decision making is a core component of our DNA.
As a key member of our leadership team, this role will partner with our C-suite and senior commercial leaders to drive strategic decision making, leading a talented team of analysts to solve complex problems and ensure that we remain at the forefront of the women’s health landscape and exceed our goal of $400 million in revenues by 2028. As we embark on expanding our omni-channel presence beyond our digitally native roots, this strategic role will reshape our analytics and KPIs to further drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand performance across all channels.
Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:
- Lead and execute the analytics strategy, providing a strategic roadmap as we expand our omni-channel presence. Promote a data-first culture, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive key business decisions.
- Partner with C-suite executives and commercial leads to integrate analytics into overall business strategies, offering insights on business health, growth opportunities, and optimization across customer acquisition, retention, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Foster a sense of business partnership whereby our analytics team is acting as embedded analysts, collaborating with commercial teams to drive the business. Act as the central analytics liaison for our commercial teams, ensuring alignment on analytics needs, requirements gathering, and seamless communication cross-functionally across business units.
- Lead evaluation of omni-channel mix across retail, DTC, HCP, and Amazon, refreshing our KPIs and analytical approach beyond core DTC metrics. Assess channel overlap and deliver actionable insights that guide improvements in marketing efficiency, customer engagement, and overall brand performance. Establish and assess retail KPIs such as velocities, traffic, repeat purchase rates and category growth to guide retail strategy.
- Establish, manage, and mentor an effective analytics team. Provide leadership and guidance on best practices, analytics methodologies, and ensure timely, high-quality data insights are delivered for decision-making.
- Oversee and optimize data infrastructure, ensuring scalability, accuracy, consistency, and data integrity. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and work with external agencies as needed to enhance data capabilities.
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning and predictive modeling, to enhance insights and business predictions. Promote a testing culture across teams to optimize strategies.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal VP, Analytics, Women’s Health is a proven leader with experience growing omni-channel brands and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights. They have experience spearheading the development of innovative analytics solutions, unlocking new opportunities, and supporting the business growth.
CAPABILITIES & SKILLS REQUIRED
To take on these challenges, you’ll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role leading an Analytics function.
- Must have experience in omni-channel marketing (DTC, retail, Amazon) ideally within a digitally native, subscription-based business.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, experience with ETL pipelines and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), and familiarity with Python or other data analysis languages.
- Experience in statistical testing, predictive analytics, and advanced data modeling is a plus.
- Proven experience in leading, developing, and scaling analytics teams, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
