We’re looking for a visionary Vice President of Brand Creative to lead the development and execution of our brand expression across every channel. From packaging that delights to campaigns that drive culture, you’ll oversee Channel Design, Copywriting, Quality Control, Marketing Operations, Packaging and Brand Portfolio, and our Studio teams. In this role you will be center stage shaping the look, feel, voice, and heart of our brand—and ensure it shows up consistently and powerfully everywhere our customers meet us.
What You'll Do
Creative Leadership
• Define and drive the creative vision for all brand touchpoints—retail, digital, packaging, campaigns, partnerships, and more.
• Lead cross-functional creative teams (Channel Design, Copy, Studio, Packaging) to deliver best-in-class, brand-right work.
• Champion innovation, setting a high bar for creative excellence and constantly pushing the envelope.
Marketing Operations & Quality Control
• Establish operational processes that make creative magic scalable—and sustainable.
• Implement rigorous quality controls to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all deliverables.
Packaging & Brand Portfolio Management
• Lead the strategy and execution for all packaging design and development, keeping customer experience and sustainability top of mind.
• Manage brand architecture and visual identity systems across our portfolio, ensuring alignment and distinction across sub-brands.
Studio Management
• Build and mentor a world-class internal studio team; manage workflows, prioritize projects, and foster a thriving creative culture.
Cross-Functional Partnership
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Product, Digital, Retail Ops, and external partners to bring unified brand experiences to life.
• Align with Finance and Operations on budgets, timelines, and resource planning. What You'll Bring
• 10+ years leading creative in a retail, consumer goods, or lifestyle brand environment; multichannel experience essential.
• Proven leadership of high-performing, multi-disciplinary creative teams. • Deep expertise in brand storytelling, design systems, marketing operations, and packaging design.
• A portfolio that demonstrates bold, creative thinking, strong brand-building, and commercial impact.
• A hands-on leadership style—comfortable in the weeds and at 30,000 feet.
• Killer communication skills and a knack for inspiring teams and executives alike.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree a plus. You Are
