Build your career with us! We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Lead, Learning Technology to join our Learning and Development team in a hybrid role based in our Downtown Indy office. This role supports a team of learning technology consultants in the ongoing management, administration, and implementation of learning systems and technologies (LMS, LXP, VR, AI, etc.), to enhance team members’ skills and capabilities across the organization.
Oversee the administration and management of our learning systems, technology, and platforms (LMS, LXP, VR, AI, etc.) across the system for 40,000 team members, ensuring the efficient operation and optimization. Partner with the Director of Team Member Development and Learning Technology to provide day-to-day direction and develop a multidisciplinary team. Responsible for guiding and supporting the learning technology team (indirect reports), providing support, driving projects, troubleshooting issues, and encouraging continuous professional and technical development through effective training, mentoring, and upskilling.
Additional responsibilities:- Proactively seeks opportunities to optimize learning systems, ensuring they operate at maximum potential and provides excellent customer service and ensures full resolution of user issues within an appropriate timeframe.
- Develop and implement learning system policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance, while monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on system usage and engagement, survey metrics, and service ticket data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Evaluates and implements innovative learning technologies such as AI integration, AI training platforms, adaptive learning platforms, AI chatbots, gamification, virtual reality (VR), etc., and will lead the implementation, project management, and adoption of these new technologies across the system, including our L&D and clinical education teams.

- Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree is preferred.
- Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Learning Technology, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organization Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience working with various Learning Management Systems, in a full system administrator capacity. Oracle Learn experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience implementing and managing innovative learning tools and systems. LinkedIn Learning experience is a plus.
- At least 2-4 years' experience leading project teams or supporting an LMS administration team.
- Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools to demonstrate learning trends, identify user issues, and analyze course engagement metrics.
- Proficiency and curiosity in AI-powered learning technologies, including AI chatbots, VR, conversational AI platforms, prompt engineering, and AI-driven video and graphic generation, is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM, AICC, xAPI).
