RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be part of building what’s next. Join Deluxe and take the lead in transforming how partners integrate, launch, and scale in the digital payments ecosystem. The Sr. Director, Gateway Implementation will oversee cross functional teams partnering with integrated customers to drive completion of various integrations. 

• Establish best practices for API adoption, integration roadmaps, and departmental KPIs

• Drive strategic initiatives within Gateway Implementation and in coordination with other disciplines, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress so projects are delivered on-time and within scope

• Capable of staffing, structuring, and maintaining a productive team of highly skilled employees

• Ensure objectives regarding productivity and KPIs are achieved

• Cultivate in-depth relationships with integrated partners, interpret their payment needs, anticipate their future needs, and solutioning of products accordingly to provide streamlined onboarding and client support experience

• Responsible for thought leadership regarding partner interaction, developer portal experiences, API adoption across products, and sales solutioning

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: (Required)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience

• 10 years of experience in implementation within Merchant services

• 6 years of experience as engineer and solutioning consultant

• 3 years of experience in implementation management

• Must be 18 years of age or older

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Desired but not required)

• Prior experience in implementation solutioning and developing implementation roadmaps

• Proven leadership and coaching skills to build a rapport with subordinates

• Excellent organization, communication and time management skills
