A Day in the Life

At Medtronic, we believe that attracting and developing top early-career talent is one of the most powerful ways we advance our Mission. In this role, you will be part of the Emerging Talent & Careers team, leading strategic efforts to attract, engage, and hire top early‑career talent. You’ll partner with hiring managers, program leads and recruiting colleagues across the full recruiting lifecycle—from outreach and candidate engagement to interviews, offers, and intern conversion.

As a Senior Campus Recruiting Specialist with a strong focus on attracting top talent with diverse experience, skills, and perspectives, you will collaborate closely with the Diversity Program Manager to build and execute strategies that strengthen our talent pipeline. This includes leading recruiting efforts at partner schools and cultivating relationships with national diversity organizations (e.g., MLT, SWE, SHPE, O4U) as well as early-identification student programs.

This position will report to the Engineering Intern Recruiting Team Lead.

This is a US based remote role.

  • Guide candidates through all stages of the recruiting process while maintaining momentum and minimizing bottlenecks.

Pipeline & Recruitment Operations

  • Manage candidate pipelines, interview coordination, and candidate slates with accuracy and transparency.

  • Ensure strong recruiter coverage across assigned schools and timely progression of candidates through the recruiting funnel.

Talent Advisory & Stakeholder Partnership

  • High sense of urgency, strong follow-through, and commitment to confidentiality.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
