If you are looking to stretch and grow your career our culture will embrace you. Open up opportunities with HPE.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Job Description:</b></p><p>   </p><p>We are looking for Senior Finance Analyst to join our team!</p><p></p><p><b>How you will make your mark:</b></p><p></p><p>Business support:<br/>• Provide business with checked and analyzed financial results<br/>• Coordinate flash for OS<br/>• Drive the business to focus on forecast accuracy<br/>Support the BU to understand and monitor their commercial and financial performance. Provide details required by the<br/>business organization<br/>• Manage ad-hoc investigations in order to provide analysis on all financials (funnel / orders / revenues (incl. contra-revenues) /<br/>margin ) and to optimize BU financial performance. Proactively warn business on any deteriorating trend<br/>• Assist the business to identify growth &amp; margin opportunity and help to develop appropriate business plans and associated<br/>financial simulations<br/>• Drive business behavior in order to maximize free cash flow: Further develop business awareness on FCF, ensure the control<br/>and follow-up with business on all item impacting cash (payment term, collectability issues)<br/>• Assist the BU in their relationship with NWE contacts when dealing with financials, through ad-hoc requests and by participating<br/>to BU meetings with NWE<br/>• Deals in presales phase:<br/>Provide pre-sales financial support as regards deals approvals, around specific contractual terms, P&amp;L simulation or rev rec<br/>aspect (in coordination with GRRO)<br/>Contribute to deals governance process to ensure all deals are properly reviewed, with all the needed information / approval<br/>and with appropriate documentation for records (checklist / signed contract)<br/>Maintain/reinforce within sales community the <span>knowledge/sensibility</span> around process associated to deals negotiation (one shot<br/>support, training, communications)<br/>Maintain coordination <span>Infrastructure/Services</span> on Greenlake deals : rules, flash impacts<br/>Assist business on specific cases with direct customers in order to sort out the various issues while limiting HPE financial<br/>exposure.
