Senior Product Designer

Our Product Design team is growing, and we’re looking for a proactive, experienced Senior Product Designer to join us full-time. In this role, you’ll define and drive a clear design vision, shaping the experience for thousands of users. As part of our Product Design and UX Research team, you’ll work closely with Product Managers, Researchers, and Engineers to create impactful, user-centered solutions that strike the right balance between security, usability, and business goals - across our end-to-end encrypted Tresorit Secure Cloud Platform and other products.

 

As a Senior Product Designer, you will…

• Collaborate with stakeholders and drive product discovery.
• Create concepts for new features and integrations.
• Advocate for users throughout the complete product development lifecycle, while keeping abreast of business goals.
• Contribute to defining the problem space, map user journeys and workflows, design concepts, wireframes, polished visuals, and prototype interactions.
• Drive/own product design decisions from beginning to end.
• Facilitate design reviews, critiques and workshops.
• Use feedback from users and data to help inform your design decisions.
• Work closely with the product management team to formulate strategic product direction.
• Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships.

 

You have:

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in senior design roles within a lean, agile, and delivery-driven environment.
• Experience with SaaS, B2B, Agile environments, and complex product design.
• Skilled to analyze data and user research insights to inform your design decisions.
• Ability and strong desire towards solving complex technical problems by design.
• Expertise in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Strong business mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of native desktop and mobile interface guidelines.
• Portfolio showcasing web, desktop, and/or mobile apps, with examples of shipped products highlighting your contributions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Hungarian and English.
• Experience with monetization strategies and Product-Led Growth journeys is a strong plus.
