We're looking for an Extension Educators Coordinator 2 to join our team. In this role, you will teach nutrition and other related topics to groups of low-income youth, parents or caregivers of children, and young adults in various community settings.

As an Extension Educators Coordinator 2, you have a direct role in engaging with the public. Your day-to-day tasks involve recruiting program participants through community networking, teaching a standardized nutrition curriculum, conducting surveys to assess knowledge and behaviors, and attending professional development opportunities.

The position responsibilities include working on-site and in the community. You'll be focused on teaching nutrition, food safety, and food resource management practices to diverse audiences.

This position is grant-funded and has the potential for renewal by the sponsor agency and by OSU Extension

Based in the Clark County Extension office and report to an Extension Educators Manager-EFNEP within your region.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

The pay range for this profile is $15.70-$20.67/hourly. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit’s available budget, and the candidate’s qualifications.
