Your Career

The purpose of this position is to provide strategic and governance oversight and accountability to organizational initiatives for the global GTM Learning and Enablement team.  This role will be responsible for managing a variety of projects and programs including content development, systems related projects, enablement efforts and burst projects that are strategic to the business from our major stakeholders.

As a critical member of the team, the Program Coordinator will report to the Sr. Director of content, design and systems and will be involved across the entire L&E organization.  

Your Impact

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring and implementing complex programs to meet organizational and company goals
• Ensures projects are aligned to organizational strategic roadmap(s) - Maintains the efficiency of the project management process such as planning, scheduling, and budget adherence as well as risk assessment
• Be able to succinctly communicate with all team members and cross-functional partners
• Drive timelines and aim for on-time delivery with successful completion of all in scope project work
• Hold regular cross functional calls to report on and drive progress on all project deliverables and programs
• Manage reporting requirements for all programs and deliver results at a regular cadence
• Help manage sales kickoff programs, attendees, executives as well as running weekly calls to ensure program success
• Ability to run numerous programs at the same time in a very fast paced environment and to provide feedback for improvement with suggestions to the team

Qualifications

Your Experience

• Ability to work with enablement and cross-functional partners to ensure projects are executed efficiently
• Management of project budgets, timelines and contracts
• Attention to detail and ability to build detailed project plans in a variety of formats and mediums
• Skilled at a variety of program tracking systems
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of stakeholders
• Comfortable with holding people accountable to timelines and deadlines
