Lockheed Martin Space in Palo Alto, CA is seeking a Summer 2026 Electrical Engineering Intern. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, analysis, and testing of electronics for the Extreme Ultraviolet High-Throughput Spectroscopic Telescope (EUVST) program. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of basic electrical engineering concepts, ability to read electrical schematics, and a demonstrated ability to conceptualize, develop, and implement solutions. Must be a US Citizen.

Basic Qualifications

- Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, develop, and implement solutions.
- Familiar with electrical engineering concepts and able to read electrical schematics.
- Knowledge of electrical design.
- Laboratory or research experience
- Experience with electrical test engineering, test support and/or planning.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment

Desired skills

- Experience working with NASA or on NASA projects
- Prior Electrical Engineering internship experience is highly desired.
- Familiar with Zuken tools
- Preferred candidates will be enrolled in a Master's or PhD program

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
