Sunday-Wednesday 7am to 5:30pm

Sunday Wednesday 7pm to 5:30am 

Tue-Fri 4pm to 2:30am

Factor_ a brand of HelloFresh is seeking an Operations Trainer. 

The Operations Trainer reports to both the Field Learning Ops Manager + Associate Field Learning Ops Manager and is responsible for supporting  daily training operational activities within the FC. Every day deliverables include but are not limited to : Assisting with onboarding new hires and delivering classroom trainings + conducting site tours.  Managing training requests  received through the intake process and scheduling certifications for the hourly population. Conducting on-the-job training and presenting new product/process launches to the operations teams. This role will work side by side with cross-functional teams within the DC to help implement training products and support in process improvements. A successful candidate in this role will thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, high-growth environment, enjoys problem solving, and will have a passion around training and developing others.

 

You will...

  • Promote food safety, quality, and the Hello Fresh/ Everyplate/ Greenchef/ Factor  safety-first culture through training  activities within the fulfillment center
  • Train +Cross-Train and  Re-Train  exempt and non exempt  workforce using network standard training methods such as classroom, On-the-Job (OJT) materials and assessments 
  • Certify and Re -certify hourly  workforce on Powered Industrial Equipment (PIT)  through practical + theoretical  training
  • Assist the Field Learning Operations Leadership team  in monitoring the training request intake system to ensure site requests are scheduled and delivered.  
  • Help to  support internal change management processes for new training products +  process improvement initiatives
  • Frequently  observe and provide feedback to team members  and new associates by auditing and coaching 
  • Support training coordination efforts through various administrative tasks throughout the shift
  • Document training deliveries through tracking tools created by your Field Team 
  • Build and maintain positive rapport with both internal and external customers / stakeholders 
  • Conduct Tours of the DC for new associates and frontline leaders
  • Create a positive team dynamic that encourages frontline leaders and associates to ask questions, provide feedback, adapt to the ever-changing business, and stay focused on the customer experience
  • Work with the Specialist and Ops Trainers to identify and remove operational and training barriers
  • Partner with Leadership to delivery training products to leads and above at a site level 
  • Become and operate as a subject matter expert before delivering training to ensure quality dissemination of knowledge 
  • Manage DC relationships  and deliver a positive experience to local site partners and support teams (Ops, Safety, FS&Q, HR, etc.)
  • Provide accurate and timely information to your leadership team in your End of shift reports 
  • Review and maintain proper  training records for compliance

  • Able to speak publicly , eloquently and professionally in both a warehouse and classroom setting 

You have…

  • A high School diploma or GED equivalent 
  •  5+ years experience in a Warehouse environment or Production environment 
  •  Documented proof of PIT certifications from previous or current employers  
  • 2+ years experience in Operating  PIT , Reach, Turret, Double Pallet Jack, Che
