The Opportunity

Abbott is hiring for a Sr. Manager, Global Growth Analytics for our Abbott Nutrition International team. This position sits onsite at 100 Abbott Park Road, Bldg. AP6C Abbott Park, IL 60064

What You’ll Work On

Partners closely with the Director, Strategic Insights & Analytics to drive a culture of data driven decision making for Abbott Nutrition International (ANI).

Responsible for leading the development of descriptive, diagnostics, predictive and prescriptive (custom models/algorithms) analytics solutions to help guide long-term strategic choices and drive short-term business performance.

Accountable for driving a standardized way of leveraging advanced analytics across the organization to create competitive advantage for ANI teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with ANI stakeholders (Senior leadership, Finance, commercial, marketing, etc.) to understand business needs, challenges and priorities
  • Build and optimize the 3-year ANI Growth Analytics Roadmap, in partnership with the other teams of the ANI Global Market Insights & Strategy department. Engage regional and central stakeholders on this roadmap.
  • Lead the development and drive adoption of analytics best practices across global and regional teams in prioritized areas such as Business diagnostics (growth drivers, causals), Category growth and Demand forecasting, Strategic pricing & PPA analytics, Marketing Mix Modeling, etc.
  • Collaborate with Regional Market Insights teams to develop and drive adoption of growth analytics solutions as part of ANI’s decision intelligence platform
  • Synthesize key insights and communicate results/implications to ANI stakeholders, proactively and as integral part of the support to quarterly financial cycle
  • Integrate measurement programs (digital, eCommerce, ROI, social listening) and explore novel data sets to generate unique insights
  • Manage Analytics partners, explore new vendors and ensure rich ecosystem that brings leading edge Analytics skills and technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities
  • Collaborate closely with ANIT BI & Analytics and Corporate Data Science teams to leverage best-in-class tools and capabilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, statistics, mathematics, data analytics, or related field; advanced degree strongly preferred
