System Integration and Test Engineer

This role is responsible for integrating complex hardware and software systems and executing comprehensive system-level testing to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with technical requirements. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives in highly technical, cross-functional environments.</p> <p><em>*Due to the nature of this role and applicable federal regulations, U.S. citizenship is required.</em>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plan and execute system integration and testing activities for advanced communications platforms</li> <li>Perform hands-on integration of hardware and software subsystems, identifying and resolving interface and performance issues</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define integration requirements and address technical challenges</li> <li>Conduct system-level testing in controlled lab environments as well as field or over-the-air testing scenarios</li> <li>Analyze test results and provide clear documentation, reports, and actionable recommendations</li> <li>Track and communicate integration progress and status updates to stakeholders</li> <li>Develop and maintain automated test scripts and procedures to improve testing efficiency and coverage</li> <li>Support system verification, validation, and acceptance testing efforts<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Education:</strong></p> <p>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field required; advanced degree preferred<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <p>A minimum of 0–3 years of experience in systems integration, testing, or related technical fields (e.g., communications, RF systems, or aerospace technologies)<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li&g
