The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a strong leader and Marketing and Product Strategy Analyst to join our Commercial Aircraft Parts Business team. This role will perform day-to-day business operations in support of Commercial Spares Quick Engine Change Kits and Propulsion Parts business, including customer execution, and business strategy development. This position is integral to the P&L management and LRBP growth of BGS Commercial Parts Business.
This individual will:
- Manage IPT Meetings
- Develop day-to-day customer kit offers
- Clear day-to-day operational roadblocks
- Manage customer engine build-up’s
This is an on-site position. The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite in Seattle, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
Cross Functional Leadership
- Builds trusting relationships and communicates business priorities across functional business partners and Supply Chain through Integrated Product Team (IPT) leadership
- Communicates data analyses and business insight to an Executive audience
- Implements customer and program communication plans
Business Execution
- Develops program work structures and top-level execution plans, including monthly financial, customer, and competitive analysis to manage monthly business results and evaluate root cause changes
- Supports the senior program manager for the business segment by leading program execution and program metrics-driven actions
- Leads execution on a variety of project initiatives designed to improve commercial part product & category performance (revenue, cost, convenience, delivery, quality)
Strategy Implementation and Sales Enablement
- Leverage data analysis to develop strategic initiatives, drive competitive improvements, and improve business outcomes in the following areas:
- Regional business growth
- Forecasting enhancements across business-critical segments
- Offer / Promotion development
- Product Line enhancement
- Communicate and align growth initiatives to sales channels. Provide commercial support & technical sales support
- Implement strategy across BGS Commercial Parts Business segments, Fleet Service Teams, Sales & Marketing, Demand Planning, Forecasting, Engineering and Supplier Management organizations to strengthen Boeing’s product offerings
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- Experience developing customer offers and communicating with customers.
- Knowledge of IPT day-to-day operations and working across multi-function teams
- Experience implementing strategic initiatives in a cross-functional environment
- Experience with developing and delivering presentations
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
- MBA / Master’s degree
- Experience in the commercial aviation industry
- Experience in marketing, sales, finance and/or supply chain
- Experience with Boeing Commercial Propulsion Products
- Availability to travel internationally 3-4 times a year.
- Experience spearheading customer / product segmentation and analytics
- Advanced Excel, and Tableau software experience preferred

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range:
Mid-level 94,350 – 127,650
Experienced 118,150 – 159,850
