 The Lead Affiliate Solutions Consultant at Anywhere Franchise Brands develops expertise and ensures exceptional performance among designated Affiliate Solutions Consultants on the Anywhere Solutions HUB Team.

This role supports franchise owners and their teams. The Lead Affiliate Solutions Consultant enhances their knowledge in areas like dash and back-office systems, listings and lead management, and products/tools such as MoxiWorks through meetings, training, and relationships with program owners. They manage a team of Affiliate Solutions Consultants, informing the team of changes, conducting training, resolving complex issues, and providing feedback to program/product owners. They oversee team performance, productivity, franchisee interactions, and customer service outcomes, reporting directly to the VP of Affiliate Solutions Consulting.

They also understand the broader range of Anywhere Franchise Brands' offerings and facilitate consultations as needed. All interactions are recorded via Zendesk, with periodic reporting and feedback provided to Brand teams, product teams, and executives.

This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Development:  Manage, coach, develop and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results 
• Brand Program and Product Implementation: Helping franchisees with the setup, integration, and engagement of Brand programs and products.
• Troubleshooting Systems: Providing technical support to resolve issues with franchise systems, programs, and products. This includes diagnosing problems, offering solutions, initiating helpdesk services when needed, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Functional Walk-Throughs: Conducting thorough walk-throughs of Brand systems, programs, and products to help franchisees understand how to effectively utilize tools and features, thereby maximizing their business potential.
• Service Topics: The Affiliate Solutions Consultant handles questions about dash and back-office systems, listings, lead management, and support for products and tools like MoxiWorks. Expertise in these areas is crucial, although team members may receive specific assignments based on their skills.
• Scheduled Video and Phone Consultations: Offering virtual support via scheduled calls and video sessions, providing personalized and timely assistance to each franchisee.
• Specialized Outbound Calling Campaigns: Conducting outbound calling campaigns to support the brand franchise business. This includes contacting franchisees to inform them about new initiatives, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information, and addressing key business requirements such as engagement. It involves understanding the specific needs of each brand and franchisee while providing targeted support as needed. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in support/customer service, preferably in real estate/franchising
• Prior people management experience strongly preferred 
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills with a professional demeanor
• Strong technical skills, demonstrated problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn
• Patience, customer empathy, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
