The Enterprise Resilience Risk Manager is a second line of defense subject matter expert and key contributor to the development, implementation, and execution of the Enterprise Resilience Risk Management Program. This individual is a thought leader that researches, evaluates, and recommends solutions for execution and enhancement of Enterprise Resilience Risk policy and procedure. In addition, this role is responsible for the effective design and implementation of supporting eGRC tools that automate program requirements and support resilience risk management capabilities. This role provides independent oversight and challenge of resilience domain partners across Technology, Cyber resiliency, Operations and process resiliency, human resiliency, business continuity and disaster recovery planning/testing, enterprise (incident/crisis) management and third-party suppliers.Accountable for successful audit and issue management remediation activities and for building strong stakeholder relationships across the first, second, and third lines of defense.

1. Manage requirements of the Enterprise Resilience policy and procedures and determine compliance by domain partners through effective challenge and monitoring activities (QA, etc.).
2. Serve as subject matter expert to resiliency domain risk managers, Technology, GCO organization and second line of defense risk programs.
3. Monitor, and report on resilience metrics, risk mitigation efforts and enterprise program effectiveness.
4. Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to evaluate vulnerabilities within the Bank.
5. Stay abreast of regulatory requirements, emerging trends, and industry standards that may require updates to existing bank policies and procedures.
6. Contribute to regulatory exams and sustainable remediation of findings.
7. Drive successful identification and timely remediation of resiliency risk management self-identified or audit risks and issues.
8. Analyze, capture and report on enterprise resilience risk on an aggregate basis.
9. Champion enterprise resiliency awareness and culture as well as best practice sharing with various stakeholders and aid in the development of bank-wide resiliency risk management training modules.
10. Develop a comprehensive understanding of how the organization operates to solve technical, operational, and business problems.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree.
2. Ten plus years of banking or related experience in Resilience, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, Information Technology Risk Management, crisis management or operational risk roles.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders, interact effectively with all levels of management, and effect and influence change in a dynamic environment.
