Qorvo’s Electrical Engineer, RF Systems & Research Internships are offered in our High Performance Analog business group.  Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.

 

Responsibilities may include:

  • Joining ongoing advanced development projects in the area of innovative RF-front end integrated devices, amplifiers, phase shifters, filters and switches, predominately for upcoming wireless communication standards
  • Opportunities for hands-on measurements as well as collaboration with product line teams
  • Concept simulations with high level modeling tools
  • Component simulations with circuit modeling tools
  • Component measurements with RF test equipment

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a graduate-level program in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Familiarity with RF device modeling, simulation and RF circuitry is preferred
  • Fluency and creative use of Matlab or Simulink is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of ADS or Systemvue is beneficial
