Position Summary:
Under general supervision of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), performs, coordinates, oversees the governmental public affairs, public relations, and communications duties in support of the Chief Executive Officer and the Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise (NNGE). Establishes partnerships with key tribal, city, county, state, and federal legislative and executive agencies. Determines the impact of proposed action on Enterprise functions, processes, and develops plans of action as required. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Minimum Qualifications:
Masters in Business Administration, or related field, with a minimum of seven (7) years progressive gaming management, gaming operations, public relations and communications experience. Gaming experience preferred. Team Member must be twenty-one (21) years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain a gaming license(s). Navajo preference applies.
