This role serves as both an execution leader and a key contributor to the development, testing, and refinement of new initiatives, processes, and tools that will scale globally.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">This leader ensures that global strategies are effectively operationalized within North America while continuously identifying opportunities to improve and evolve the operating model.
