Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Sr. Manager – Strategic Projects & Continuous Improvement. This position is pivotal in driving operational excellence, enhancing efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our wafer level packaging business unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of continuous improvement tools, and will have the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

What will you be doing?

Project Management:

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Create comprehensive project plans, including milestones, resources, and deliverables with accurate and reliable forecasting related to resourcing, constraints, and other aspects of the project.
• Prepare and present regular project status updates and reports to senior management.
• Demonstrate ownership of project management process from end-to-end and manage day-to-day progress providing strong redirection when needed.

Continuous Improvement:

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization, promoting lean methodologies and best practices.
• Partner with site leadership on continuously improving the Management Operating System (MOS) and identifying/facilitating improvements within the organization.
• Support the strategic vision of the MOS by developing tools and trainings that identify opportunities and grow our CI capabilities, continuous improvement principles, RCCA problem solving, and other cultural/behavioral characteristics needed to excel in a continuous improvement culture. Facilitate CI projects based on these principles.
• Facilitate and lead Kaizen events, workshops, and improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and reducing waste.
• Analyze current processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of improvement initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment on project priorities.

Who are You?

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are advantageous.
