Description of domain/function:

BuyIn Strategic Procurement controller is in charge of Strategic Finance projects, as well as coordination, production of central procurement controlling & reporting.


Your responsibilities

  • Owner of strategic Finance projects
  • Ensure harmonized approaches across all controlling domains
  • Identifies the improvement potential for procurement in terms of savings and scaling
  • Relationship with Shareholders (Orange & DT) related to savings / reporting and Sourcing Reviews
  • Provide reporting & answer to requests from shareholders for their sourcing improvement project (Proceed & Phenix)
  • Responsible for every controlling overarching topic within Buying
  • As PMO of controlling, coordinate projects for Procurement Controlling
  • Manage corporate targets : definition, processes, achievement steering (e.g. TCO savings, scale)
  • In charge of Business development, business cases
  • Active contributor of Governance and companywide documents : Finance committee, BoD, RemCo, all Hands call…
  • Ad hoc analysis : inflation, performance monthly/quarterly, Risk Taskforce, Supplier Risk Management
  • Central contact for BuyIn PMOs (D) (e.g. top project lists)
  • Finance SPOC for Demand Plan Process
  • Proactively propose relevant adaptations to improve controlling efficiency, standardization of practices, and contribute to digitization and automation


Your profile

A professional with at least 5 years of experience in Finance/Consultancy with:

  • 5+ years professional experience with profound knowledge of controlling, preferably in procurement organizations and processes
  • Analytical and modelling capabilities
  • Data warehouse manipulation, solid excel skills
  • Oral and written communication, synthesis capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Results oriented and pragmatic, holistic business understanding
  • Your English language skills are business fluent in spoken and written to be able to work in an international scope.
  • French and/or German language skills are beneficial
