We are looking for a Global Strategic Planning Manager! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
You will contribute to the strategic planning process of the Group. As such, you will be a key component of the newly created Strategy & Insights Center of Excellence within the Group Marketing function, who aims at bringing simplicity, discipline, and empowerment.
You will provide a clear framing of the strategic planning process to a diverse community of stakeholders with the objective to optimize and secure the Group’s growth trajectory and allocate resources accordingly and dynamically.
Your key missions:
You will contribute to Group Strategic Framework:
Contribution to Group Strategic framework design, monitoring and evolution
Design/monitoring of the 4 battlegrounds/10 action plans
You will be the custodian and animator of the CP growth model with key focus on Market Companies:
Consolidate and monitor central view, including Group “growth thesis”
Operate as a “go to” in reference with the Adoption framework
Consolidation and monitoring of bottom ups including preparation and wrap up of Business Reviews in conjunction with Finance and Beyond Budget team
Provide strategic input into mandates, in conjunction with Business Insights (design and monitoring of mandates)
Consolidate “boost” catalogue: provides progress assessment to top management, recommends dynamic management of boost (existing or new)
You will contribute to design the 10-year long term roadmap:
Consolidate growth scenarios based on inputs below
Consolidate long term portfolio strategy integrating insights from Maestria
Coordinate long term distillery capacity planning based on growth scenarios
Coordinate innovation briefs and consolidate innovation roadmap
Coordinate M&A briefs and consolidate M&A roadmap
Identify and prioritize new greenfield distillery projects
You will lead coordination of Strategic Planning and Marketing with the Beyond Budget and Finance Community:
Align methodology, guidelines, templates and tools
Lead regular reviews between Strategic Planning and Beyond Budget teams
You will explore opportunities for automation and leveraging technology to optimize operational efficiency and maximize data usage for affiliates:
Explore opportunities to further standardize and automate strategic planning process
Explore opportunities to develop tools to facilitate and maximize usage of market data by affiliates in cooperation with the Business Insights team
You will contribute to provide adhoc strategic input transversally and to prepare recommendations for key business arbitrations.
You will contribute to animate strategic planning community (in brands and/or MEs).

You have robust project management skills, including multiple stakeholders ecosystems
You have ability to drive change across multiple geographies at the same time
You have credibility and authority as “strategic framework” custodian
You have excellent people/leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
You have ability and maturity to challenge local teams on growth challenges: targets, progress, analytics
You have high level problem solving: analyticial + pragmatic+creative+”experimentation” mindset
