Humana’s Marketing organization is looking for a Product Marketing Lead to join the Medicaid Marketing team working remote anywhere in the US. We are looking for someone who can successfully develop member and provider focused, multi-channel targeted marketing strategies and campaigns that meet or exceed identified KPIs within a collaborative cross-functional team.The Product Marketing Lead role requires the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion, drive strategy and execution, and collaborate with senior-level leaders, market leaders, and across teams of managers, professionals and analysts. In this role, you will work closely with your leader, peers and diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to craft integrated marketing strategies, provide trusted counsel on target audience insights, experience design, activation strategies and annual planning to business partners. Additionally, you will develop data-driven strategies to meet business objectives, lead the core team through flawless execution, and measure success and report out learnings and insights, to continuously improve on the strategy.
Key Role Functions
Develop consumer-centric marketing strategies that drive a best-in-class HIDE & FIDE DSNP member experience
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal enterprise partners and external contracted provider vendors to ensure coordinated marketing strategies and seamless member experience
Manage data-driven member engagement campaigns through all aspects of multi-channel direct marketing, including planning, campaign messaging (IB and OB call scripts, email, direct mail and digital touchpoints, etc.), campaign execution, and results monitoring
Manage test & learn initiatives to deliver on an integrated member-centric engagement strategy
Identify, analyze, and evaluate business opportunities using historical campaign performance, consumer research and competitive intelligence
Utilize problem-solving and organization skills, demonstrate attention to detail and manage multiple high-profile programs
Monitor and report on marketing performance to key business partners
Leveraging data and analytics to refine and optimize strategies
The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with a strong bias for results who has a highly collaborative mindset and excellent relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage many diverse internal and external stakeholders and SMEs, and win their co-ownership in outcomes. They will be self-managing and disciplined while possessing the ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and operate effectively within a fluid environment and a large and complex organizational structure. Being extremely comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change with the ability to pivot and gain traction with limited clarity is critical in being successful in this role.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 8+ years of experience in go-to-market planning/execution including multi-channel integrated marketing strategies and implementation focused on consumer behavior and response conversion
- Strong experience in developing winning marketing growth strategies, innovation, test & learn scenarios, digital marketing and process implementation
- Excellent business acumen skills, understanding of business goals, comfortable with evaluating and communicating financial metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Deep experience managing relationships with business partners and provider vendors to deliver integrated solutions that meet or exceed business goals
- Executive presence; excellent presentation/communications skills, written and verbal, able to communicate at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA from a top business school, with an emphasis on Marketing
- Prior marketing or industry experience focused on Medicaid/Medicare Members and/or Providers, or HIDE/FIDE members
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and designing marketing journeys to drive engagement
- Experience with Agile marketing and championing organizational change
Additional Information
This is a nationwide remote role that will be required to operate on CST or EST standard business hours.
