Production (Shift) Team Leader

Production & Operations focuses on designing, managing, and improving production processes and business operations, as well as manufacturing technologies and supply chains. The role involves working with modern systems such as SAP and dashboards, some of which are self-programmed. This is a cross-functional and international environment that offers performance-driven, diverse challenges and exciting projects.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks

• Coordinate and oversee standardized work sequences within one or more production lines
• Ensure smooth shift operations for the production of individual parts or components
• Monitor, operate, and support production equipment to maintain output and quality standards
• Provide first-response problem solving to keep operations on track
• Contribute to the planning and review of production schedules to optimize labor, tools, and equipment
• Support the transformation of raw materials or semi-finished goods into finished products
• Foster collaboration within your team of Production Operators to meet productivity goals

This is what you bring to us

• Willingness to learn with on-the-job training provided (no special education required)
• Up to 3 years of hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow standardized processes and maintain high quality standards
• Problem-solving mindset with the initiative to support your team
• Proficiency in the local language for clear communication on the shop floor
