Executive Compensation Senior Manager

This position sits within our Atlanta, GA based Global Support Center with an expectation to be in office 80% of the time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves as the leader for all executive compensation programs, including base pay, short and long-term incentive programs
- Conducts job evaluations and makes compensation recommendations for senior leadership roles, which may include external hires and internal promotions
- Manages the annual executive-level benchmarking process and salary survey participation
- Executes the annual merit/bonus process for the executive population
- Shares insights on market trends and practices to inform decisions
- Develops and communicates education materials to participants that reinforce our pay for performance philosophy
- Advises senior leadership on executive compensation trends, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals
- Tracks short-term and long-term incentive plan metrics, reporting, and accruals with Finance
- Works closely with Finance and Legal on the tracking and compliance of all programs
- Contributes to the review and reporting on relevant financial filings
- Prepares materials for Compensation Committee and Board approval
- Contributes to corporate governance matters related to executive compensation, aligning with company policies and regulatory standards
- Partners with external vendors, including external compensation consultants and survey vendors, on executive compensation data initiatives
- Manages ad hoc executive compensation projects to enhance and optimize compensation programs
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-year degree, preferably in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in executive compensation (publicly-traded company experience preferred)
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
- Ability to work independently and proactively with high levels of confidentiality
- Creative and innovative approach to troubleshooting and solving problems in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, influencing, analytical, and writing skills
- Experience collaborating with senior-level executives across HR, Finance, Legal, and the C-Suite
- High attention to detail and executive-level presentation content
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, v-lookups, and advanced formulas) and fluency with the Microsoft Office suite
