More than a place to stay, it’s a destination where authentic Corfiot heritage meets stylish modern living, designed to connect people with culture, nature, and each other.</p><p> </p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems. </li><li> Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and applications. </li><li> Manage user accounts, emails, and Microsoft 365 services. </li><li> Support PMS and POS systems (Opera, Simphony). </li><li> Configure and maintain Wi-Fi, VPN, and VoIP systems. </li><li> Troubleshoot IT issues for staff and guests (computers, mobile devices, connectivity). </li><li> Maintain IT inventory and ensure regular system backups. </li><li> Collaborate with external vendors and provide helpdesk support to local and remote users. </li><li> Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to optimizing IT operations.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li> <strong>Passion for Technology:</strong> Love for the field and willingness to continuously learn new technologies.</li> <li> <strong>Language Skills:</strong> Good knowledge of the English language.</li> <li> <strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and troubleshooting, including diagnosing and repairing UPS and VoIP.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p><strong>At Conrad Corfu</strong>, joining our team is a unique opportunity to grow your career in a world-class luxury environment.
