Together, we pursue excellence with a collaborative spirit, continuously raising the bar to ensure strong performance and a proactive approach while fostering an environment of humility.  <br/>If you are passionate about innovation and wish to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry, we would love to hear from you! <h3>What you'll do</h3> <ul> <li><b>Role Overview</b>: Combine operational rigor with deep product expertise to elevate Pigment’s global Solutions Consulting team, owning the design and delivery of demo models, proof-of-value (PoV) builds, and supporting assets, while acting as both builder and strategist to drive innovation and ensure SCs have the tools, content, and processes they need to succeed.</li>Model Building &amp; Asset Creation:<li>Lead development of scalable, innovative demo models, PoVs, and pilots.</li><li>Partner with SMEs across Pigment to create original content that showcases platform strengths.</li>Frontline SC Support:<li>Collaborate with Solutions Consultants on complex builds, PoVs, and customer pilots.</li><li>Provide deep Pigment expertise and pre-sales storytelling skills.</li>Demo Excellence:<li>Deliver live demos, workshops, and executive sessions that tell impactful business stories.</li><li>Demonstrate strong empathy and ability to walk in the customer’s shoes.</li>Platform Positioning:<li>Articulate Pigment’s role as a holistic planning platform across Finance, Sales, Workforce, and Supply Chain use cases.</li><li>Track market trends and translate them into impactful solution positioning.</li>Cross-Functional Leadership:<li>Partner with Marketing, Enablement, Product, and Customer Success.</li><li>Align messaging, assets, and field readiness around new use cases.</li>Autonomy &amp; Ownership:<li>Lead projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.</li><li>Ensure SC Ops deliverables align with GTM priorities and are executed with excellence.</li></ul> <h3>Who you are</h3> <ul> <li>Experience in the EPM space as a Solution Consultant or Solution Architect, with a background in pre-sales within the EPM domain.
