Risk types related to Anti-Financial Crime are consolidated in a comprehensive and effective risk management framework that covers <span>Anti-Money-Laundering,</span> Sanctions &amp; Embargoes, Anti-Bribery &amp; Corruption as well as Anti-Fraud &amp; Investigations.</p><p></p><p><b>QA &amp; Testing Senior Analyst MI</b></p><p></p><p><b>The AFBC MI Team develops software solutions which help senior stakeholders make quick decisions by providing reports which display accurate data in an interactive and easy to understand way. </b></p><p></p><p>The <b>QA &amp; Testing Senior Analyst</b> works as a member of the MI Reporting Team and ensures that applications meet business requirements and maintain Deutsche Bank's high QA &amp; Testing quality standards. The QA &amp; Testing Senior Analyst provides hands on participation and oversight of testing activities tasks to ensure the testing process meets software requirements prior to release into a live environment.</p><p></p><p>The QA &amp; Testing Senior Analyst will:</p><ul><li>drive the ‘hands on’ execution of the test strategy and plan, including the test preparation, execution, analysis and reporting activities.</li><li>provide product/business expertise to drive and support the testing approach.</li><li>develop and implement technical solutions for the testing process, like test automation, performance testing or test data provisioning.</li><li>review and implement test process improvement.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Ensures that testing activities are being conducted in accordance to the testing strategy, plan and team goals.</li><li>Creates test data, writes and executes test cases.</li><li>Defines test approaches and test plans.</li><li>Defines or contributes to test effort estimation based on experience, tools and historical data.</li><li>Maintains best practices in specialist area.</li><li>Designs/contributes to the creation of test automation patterns to be used to validate reports (Tableau).</li><li>Designs, develops and maintains test scripts, including automation of the test scripts.</li><li>Actively participates in the development and maintenance of the test case repository.</li><li>Performs test automation executions, identifies failures’ root cause and compiles reports to stakeholders.</li><li>Adheres to testing best practices as defined at organization <span>level.             </span></li><li>Identifies defects based on test execution results, submits them in the bug tracking tool and tracks them throughout the defect life-cycle.</li><li>Works as part of a team to meet the team goals.</li><li>Supports business during the UAT testing phase of the project.</li><li>Ensures adherence to testing best practices and Deutsche Bank testing standards.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Must have experience:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>3+ years overall software testing experience.</li><li>SQL knowledge (medium - high).</li><li>Experience with Python, Java, Spark (Cloudera).</li><li>Experience with unit testing frameworks such as PyTest.</li><li>Experience of planning and executing testing across projects.</li><li>Understanding of testing across the full Software Development lifecycle.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Nice to have:</b></p><p><span>       </span></p><ul><li>Testing experience BI Tools (nice to have).</li><li>Familiar with Agile Software Development and Scrum and/or Kanban methodology.</li><li>Experience with version control systems such as Git.</li><li>Hands on experience in using test and defects management tools (JIRA, HP ALM)</li><li>TestOps experience  in one of Docker, Kubernetes, TeamCity, Jenkins.</li><li>Test Automation Patterns.</li><li>Performance testing.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Education:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with an IT-related concentration (or equivalent diploma/work experience).</li><li>Participation and/or completion in Testing certification programs (ISTQB, ISEB or tool specific certifications).</li></ul><p>Our values define
