Tenet is seeking a HRIS Manager dedicated to solving HR business needs through ongoing development and management of the Oracle Human Resources Cloud platform. The HRIS Manager is responsible for leading a team and supporting the day-to-day operations of Oracle HCM for Core HR and Absence Management modules.
This is a great opportunity for a talented individual with HR systems experience, to use broad knowledge in HR systems, project management and influencing skills to elevate and continuously improve our core HR technology solution. This role is ideal for someone comfortable with hands-on responsibilities, collaborating across teams and various stakeholders and small project management.
Duties
- Act as Oracle Cloud HCM subject matter expert providing best-practice guidance on cross-functional HCM business processes and configurations.
- Partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to understand processes, pain points and opportunities for optimization that can be leveraged with Oracle HCM.
- Research, design and deliver solutions based on requirements and best practices.
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of functionality/processes via thorough testing, documentation, and alignment with the service delivery team on customer facing items such as change management and training.
- Work on ad-hoc projects related to processes, integrations, or new modules.
- Investigate reported incidents and develop suggestions and strategies for resolution.
- Understand and maintain confidentiality of HR data.
Required:
- Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HR systems, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Core HR and Absence.
- Must be analytical, proactive, and passionate about leveraging technology to build efficiencies.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how decisions impact systems, processes, and end user experience.
- Ability to work with functional and technical stakeholders to determine requirements and drive deliverables on time.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
Preferred:
- Background in process modeling and process management
- Expertise in the identification and interpretation of requirements and demands of business
- Cross-functional experience with multiple Oracle Human Resources Cloud modules a plus
- Strong solution design background
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills, across cultures, divisions, and companies
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a closely related field or equivalent experience
