About the role

The Senior Cyber Analyst is seeking support for evaluating various supply chain elements as it relates to Information and Communications Technology (ICT) that is present in the Nation’s critical infrastructure.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and apply methodologies to analyze risks of attack on, or exploitation of, vulnerabilities in ICT supply chain elements 
  • Perform fusion analysis with ICT cyber threat intelligence information and create written intelligence products 
  • Demonstrate an ability to understand complex systems and develop innovative solutions to complex problems 
  • Provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments 
  • Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met
  • Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management 
  • Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives 
  • Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation
  • May supervise others

What You Will Need:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar technical field preferred 
  • 5 + years domain and expert technical knowledge

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Must have full industry knowledge of components, systems, or design/fabrication of various ICT elements 
  • CISSP, OSCP, GISCP or equivalent cybersecurity certification is required 
  • Experience with reverse engineering, offensive or defensive (Red Teaming/Blue Teaming) cyber operations and familiarity with embedded hardware/software vulnerabilities is required 
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment and demonstrate superb written/verbal communication methods 
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required 

Reporting Relationships:

Employee will report to a Senior-level Manager 

Working Conditions:

Work will normally be performed in an air-conditioned office environment. Work will be non-manual, but the incumbent must be able to walk and climb among equipment and structures. There may be an occasional need to lift up to 10 pounds.
