POSTION SUMMARY:

The Maintenance Supervisor will report to the Maintenance Manager and will provide supervision for the maintenance mechanics supporting ALPS Region.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creates and maintains a culture of safe, reliant, and compliant operations

  • Enables Operational Excellence by driving Operational Discipline. Champions sound operational practices, including adherence to site and corporate operational policies, and effective procedure management and use while ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.

  • Develops and sustains culture of high performance and accountability by setting expectations, organizing, planning, and leading team activities. Identifies and pursues opportunities for personal and team development to meet business and career objectives

  • Prepares weekly maintenance schedules, communicates daily/weekly job assignments, and oversees completion. Leads Outage planning and execution

  • Works closely with Reliability for an effective predictive and preventive maintenance program

  • Coordinates with Support services including Scheduling/Planning, Procurement, etc. to ensure proper inventory levels and cost controls via vendor management are met

  • Drives successful implementation of maintenance plan through planning, communication, and management of facility/area resources including the development and utilization of maintenance reporting and metrics

  • Establishes and communicates clear expectations for organizational behavior and manages performance of team members through coaching, mentoring and constructive feedback

  • Assists with development and adherence to the maintenance budget

 Employee will direct the work of Maintenance Mechanics, temporary employees, contract labor, or others.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or GED is required

  • Leadership experience preferred​

  • Three (3) years Maintenance experience​

  • Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry; Midstream preferred

  • College degree or advanced educational certifications preferred

  • Must hold a valid Driver License and have an excellent driving record

  • Must be able to pass a DOT drug test and background check

  • Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed

  • Applicants must be professional, have a positive attitude and be a team player

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to coordinate, prioritize and execute many tasks at once

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or GED required; Advanced Degree preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Three (3) years Maintenance experience.
• Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry; Midstream preferred.
