As our Customer Onboarding Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers adopt our software through an efficient onboarding experience, and that our solution fits their business needs. You will use your technical knowledge to verify requirements and solution definitions, and be the operational lead for onboarding our customers to the TripBuilder platform. Your success will be measured by customer time to value and onboarding satisfaction.
This is a remote or hybrid position. You are preferably located in Portugal, Switzerland and the UK are considered as well.

You will...
Be the operational lead for onboarding our customers to the TripBuilder solution
Ensure that our products and services are delivered to the customer in quality, time and in an economically viable manner
Use your technical knowledge to verify requirements and definition of solutions in the final stages of the sales process
Be responsible for planning and execution of customer onboarding
Contribute to the templatization and standardization of our onboarding processes
Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to provide account updates, identify upselling opportunities and address the need for commercial adjustments
Be the primary contact for the customer for all operational topics in the onboarding phase and create a positive relationship with customer stakeholders
Ensure that all relevant information flows in a timely and smooth manner to internal and external stakeholders
You have...
2+ years of experience in managing customer projects in IT, software and/or tourism OR 4+ years of experience in customer success, support, or other relevant post-sale functions.
An understanding of technical concepts related to software product implementation and integration (APIs, etc.)
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
The ability to multitask, prioritise, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
The expertise to anticipate customer requirements and put them into the context of a product
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in multicultural environments to work effectively with different internal teams
As a plus:
Professional courses in customer success or project management
German language skills
