Position Overview:

Provides program support by interfacing with Sutter Health affiliates, program vendors and internal Sutter Health departments. Accountable for managing the relationship between assigned operating unit and dedicated affiliates. Responsibilities will include program education, vendor service proposal
requests and interpretation of service parameters, enrollment and retirement of equipment service coverage, database management, production of financial reports and processing of work orders and invoices for payment.

Job Description:

EDUCATION:

• HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

• 1 year recent relevant experience.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Knowledge of medical terminology helpful.
• Demonstrated customer service and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to professionally handle both internal and external contacts; utilize good
• organization and prioritization skills.
• Must be able to interact positively and professionally with staff members and have the ability to adapt to
• frequent changes in job priorities.
• Accuracy and attention to detail is a must for this position.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Products – Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access.

Pay Range is $28.85 to $40.39 / hour

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
