Position Summary:

Florida Atlantic University is seeking an ERP HCM & Security Analyst, Lead – Boca Raton, FL.

Summary of Responsibilities include:

Reports to a Director or Associate Director in the designated area.  Responsible for supporting and maintaining the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance system security protocols within an organization. Responsible for establishing and maintaining end user access to security related systems with the overall goal of enforcing the institution’s policy and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of the institution’s information. Works closely with Human Resources (HR) and other departments to ensure the effective utilization, configuration, and optimization of the security within the HCM and Finance platform.

• Determine any audit risks within the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance system and develops strategies to help reduce these risks for future audits conducted by the Inspector General/Internal Auditors, State Auditors, or other external auditors.
• Serve as the liaison between the Inspector General/Internal Auditors, State Auditors, or other external auditors and the audited area within Workday HCM and Finance system.
• Manage user, business process and integration security for the Workday HCM and Finance system.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement ERP Security recommendations in accordance with best practice.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Troubleshoot and analyze Workday security issues with HR and operational teams.
• Document all security processes as needed including any security changes and enhancements.
• Develop processes and procedures for all security within the Workday HCM and Finance system.
• Create, configure, test, update and maintain all types of security groups: business process and domain security policies as needed Execute role assignment, audits, analyze results and address any issues.
• Create, change, and maintain reports and calculated fields.
• Provide second level support for the Workday HCM system functions within the organization.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features or modules.
• Work with the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) system, monitoring, updating, and closing tickets related to HCM and security.
