INTRO TO POSITION
NPM Creative is searching for its next talented teammate to join its team of innovators, who build and maintain NPR’s digital sponsorship offerings and produce custom audio and visual campaigns for NPR sponsors. NPM Creative manages multiple creative and platform projects simultaneously and seeks a contract Project Coordinator.
The Project Coordinator will be able to grow their skills in several areas, working directly with a tight-knit and experienced team that includes software developers, audio producers, visual and product designers, and product/production managers. For the duration of the contract, the project coordinator will report directly to the Senior Production Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as administrative support for the team and the VP. Assist with scheduling meetings and support tracking of contracts, invoices and payments.
- Assist in collecting campaign metrics and tracking product benchmarks.
- Support our many custom creative campaigns for clients, including creating timelines, preparing assets for delivery, and supporting the launch of custom creative across our digital platforms.
- Help shepherd team goals, including increment planning and progress monitoring.
- Serve as general support as needed across ongoing projects/efforts, which may include quality assurance testing, product rollout support and internal communications.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years of project management or administrative experience
- Excellent organizational and writing skills
- Able to stay positive and focused in a world of constant potential distractions
- Interested in working on a small, tight-knit team of creative specialists who love to collaborate!
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience
WORK LOCATION
- Remote Permitted: This is a remote permitted role. This role is based out of our Washington, DC office but the employee may choose to work on a remote basis from a location that NPR approves.
- Candidates must be located in California, Colorado, Washington, D.C., Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, or Virginia for the duration of the position.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Google Workspace and Project Management software
JOB TYPE
- This is a temporary (4-month) full time position.
COMPENSATION
The U.S. based anticipated hourly rate for this opportunity is $30-35 per hour. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum hourly rate NPR expects to provide for new hires for the position across all US locations.
