Do you have an eye for detail? Are you a change agent? Jefferson Healthcare in Port Townsend, WA is seeking a full-time Revenue Cycle Integrity Analyst to join our team! This role is critical in ensuring accurate coding, compliant clinical documentation, and optimized revenue capture across the organization. You will serve as an expert in coding, denial prevention, root cause analysis, and efficient processes that prevent revenue leakage and mitigate compliance risks. We are looking for a positive change agent who thrives in collaboration with clinical teams, coding professionals, and revenue cycle leadership to maintain integrity and compliance throughout the revenue cycle.

What you'll need:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two years of experience in either CPT/diagnosis coding or related Patient Financial Services function preferred.
- Required functional understanding of ancillary department operations.
- Ability to write and be verbally fluent in medical terminology preferred.
- Required to stay knowledgeable of industry standards and trends.
- CPC/CCS certification preferred.
- Epic experience preferred.
Schedule: 1.0 FTE; 40 hours/week; Day Shift; No weekends! Work from home flexibility!

- The base salary range for this position reflects both market competitiveness and the full compensation potential for the role. Individual offers will be determined based on a candidate's qualifications and experience beyond the stated minimum requirements. Placement above the midpoint will be reserved for candidates whose qualifications significantly exceed the minimum requirements.
