Job Description

What we’re looking for:

This is a newly created role that reports to the Sr. Director, Talent Engagement, and resides within the Talent Acquisition team. 

Tallent Intelligence is core to a successfully proactive Talent strategy.  The Talent Intelligence Manager will be able to consult customers (TA leadership team, our HR Business Partners, and key product area leaders) to define, extract and present applicable data analytics,  and interpret the data to tell a story that will help these customers make informed decisions around initiatives such as talent targeting and location expansion strategies. 

The  Talent Intelligence Manager is a naturally curious individual that leverages market research insights and trends to address both immediate and long-term initiatives.  They will define the vision for this new approach in TA, using their expertise in harnessing data such as market trends, geo-talent clusters, competitive intelligence, talent flow reporting, etc. into a meaningful, accessible warehouse of information.

Qualifications

Your Background:

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience specifically in the talent intelligence space, thinking strategically about broad business challenges. 
• You know how to take a consultative approach to understanding and articulating customer needs,  gathering data, and presenting data in a meaningful way for a senior leadership/exec audience.
• You possess a combination of having a leadership persuasive presence while being hands-on enough to create dashboards.  
• You must have a strong understanding of the talent market and be able to make cross-industry connections in interpreting data
•  You are able to shape the vision for Talent Intelligence within Talent Acquisition, recommending appropriate tools at each stage of the vision’s development. 
•  You ideally, should have familiarity drawing analytics in the networking / security / cloud provider space.
• And, of course, you are naturally process-orientated,  extremely organized, and have obsessive follow-up skills
