In 2024, Ella Resorts will be operating a portfolio of 7 lifestyle & family resorts on the islands of Rhodes, Corfu & Crete, offering exceptional quality and service excellence. In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire:

Spa Therapist

Scope

• Performing wellness treatments according to internationally recognized protocols
• Ensuring a high level of hygiene and safety in all areas of the spa including cabins, prep room, locker facilities, wet areas, reception and sports facilities.
• Welcoming and guiding customers, explaining and advising on the list of treatments and care products.
• Promotion of products and services
• Perform opening & closing procedures, and spa reception duties
• Adherence to all operating protocols
• Support all spa functions
• Very good knowledge of all the services provided by the hotel with the aim of the holistic stay experience of the customers

Requirements

• Degree in Aesthetics, Physiotherapy or Spa Therapist
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in 5* hotels
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Methodology, attention to detail and customer service orientation
• Neat appearance, cleanliness
• Courtesy, pleasant and friendly personality

The following will be considered a plus

• TEI Degree in Aesthetics and Cosmetology or TEI Physiotherapy
• Manicure - pedicure degree
• Knowledge of a second foreign language
• Experience in spa reception
