What You Will Do:

• Work across organizational boundaries and bureaucratic structures to build, refine, implement, and sustain business process improvements and overall optimization efforts
• Collaborate with mission execution specialists to build a responsive and resilient business apparatus
• Manage daily business processes and workflows and identify potential improvements throughout the full life cycle of each process
• Coordinate with customer leadership and related stakeholder to continually mature the relevant business entity
• Serve as a primary point of contact for a large number of affected parties and personnel reporting upward
• Utilize knowledge and understanding of sensitive mission operations to ground business recommendations in overall mission context
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of business records and manage workflows accordingly

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET/SCI federal security clearance with a Full Scope/Lifestyle (FS) polygraph
• Understanding of how tactical daily activities support the pursuit of broader mission objectives
• Previous experience supporting business entities in the pursuit of similar outcomes
• Previous experience supporting Intelligence Community federal customers

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Previous experience with sensitive mission operations
• Staunch commitment to work product accuracy; attention to detail is an absolute must
• Deep understanding of specific client systems and platforms, like COSMOS
• Ability to operate independently and autonomously with minimal oversight
