Launched in 2023, Integrated Services creates and markets new customer experiences by integrating hardware, software and services across Ford Blue, Model e and Ford Pro. These products and services allow Ford's retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicles like never before with OTA (over-the-air)-driven experiences that grow better over time. Ford is developing leadership at the forefront of connected, digital platforms that will revolutionize every aspect of how vehicles function, the way people interact with them, and the value those vehicles provide.

In this position... 

You will be part of a small, agile team supporting the President of Ford Integrated Services and the general managers working to establish eight businesses and grow them into a cohesive whole that has transformative impact for our customers and our company.

What you'll do...

• Support Ford Integrated Services’ (FIS) Director of Business PMO and End to End Experience Testing to effectively plan and manage projects from the initial ideation phase through final execution.
• Lead development and maintenance of digital project/program management infrastructure to deliver dynamic and ongoing reporting on state of current projects, overall and detailed statuses, and expected delivery timelines with visible risks.
• Measure impact of programs and initiatives, both qualitatively and quantitatively, by tracking progress towards annual objectives through dashboards that effectively communicate portfolio health across the organization.
• Translate business requirements into solutions that best leverage the Smartsheet platform by leading activities with partner teams including requirements collection, data management, solutioning, build, test, launch, and production/operations support.
• Serve as a Smartsheet subject matter expert (SME) on Smartsheet core product capabilities such as sheets, reports, dashboards, forms and automation workflows while staying up to date on the latest advancements for automation and modernization.
• Implementing solution developments and enhancements in Smartsheet through Advanced Apps, such as Data Mesh, Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, Pivot Tables, and Control Center
• Collaborate cross-functionally by building strong working relationships with technology, analytics, and digital teams.
• Leverage experience and knowledge of best practices to help shape the growth of our team and scale our strategy, analytics, and processes.

You'll have... 

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience with managing an infrastructure or software development projects or tools.
• Experience working in Ford/OEM/Automotive engineering and connectivity environment.
• Experience working with design and creative teams.
