Digital CRM Senior Architect

Position Title: Business Analyst (Organizational Change Management & Platform Development Experience) 

Required: 6-9 years 

Location: Washington DC 

As part of our digital transformation journey of a global non-profit client, we are building and rolling out a new software platform built on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and the Microsoft Power Platform. 

This platform will enhance our operational efficiency and enable us to serve our stakeholders better. We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst (BA) with expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM) to play a pivotal role in this initiative. 

The ideal candidate will not only support the business analysis needs for platform development but also lead the change management efforts to ensure successful adoption across the organization.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the new software platform. 

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for the development team. 

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and testers, to ensure the platform meets business requirements. 

• Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and scalability. 

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to elicit requirements and validate solutions. 

• Develop user stories, process flows, wireframes, and mockups to support development efforts.
