Coordinator Project Management

The Project Coordinator supports the Project Management Office. This role ensures seamless execution of enterprise-wide and cross-functional projects. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
Reports to:
Director of Project Management
- Assist Project Managers in the planning, execution, and closure of projects.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and status reports.
- Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Coordinate project logistics, such as meetings, resources, and materials.
- Support the Project Manager in managing stakeholder expectations.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project management tools and templates.
- Contribute to project retrospectives and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making.
- Maintain project files and records in an organized and accessible manner.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or other relevant certifications preferred; but not required.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Regularly required to talk and hear, both in person and by phone or web meetings.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
- Ability to read and interpret data on a computer screen or printed documents.
- Work is performed in a typical office environment with moderate noise levels, in a climate-controlled environment with heating and air conditioning.
- Potential for remote work or hybrid work arrangement.
- May be required to lift up to 20 pounds.

Travel is typically not required for this role.
