• 2+ years Food & Beverage Management, understanding restaurant, room service  operations as Management preferably in a hotel or luxury environment.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and Holidays
• Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage (wine, beer and spirits)
• Strong business acumen to ensure all expenses are controlled and meeting budget to create strong and innovative revenue generating ideas and maximize profits

What would my job responsibilities be?

• As our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you will assist in overseeing Restaurant operations and Room Service operations.  
• The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager takes a hands-on approach at times working side by side while ensuring the team is meeting all Four Seasons Standards.
• Strong ability to be visible during restaurant service providing recognition and good public relations in guest concerns or special requests.
• If needed, this individual will help in the rest of F&B resort outlets and/or will be eligible to go for task-force to help other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
• Monitor and assess product and service and keeping up and ahead of event trends and ideas.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standard
• Assist in recruitment, interviewing and training team members
