About the role

Reporting to the National Accounts Director of Account Operations, the Implementation Supervisor is responsible for leading the team that will set up new accounts and revise existing accounts for all National Accounts customers. The Supervisor will lead and manage the Implementation Specialists, who will complete customer data entry for new and existing accounts, address inconsistencies of customer data, and collaborate with key stakeholders (sales, pricing, contracts, data validation, IT) to maintain accurate customer records



 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set objectives and define key performance metrics for the Implementation Specialists to align with National Accounts’ overall strategic objectives

• Lead, coach, and develop Implementation Specialists by:

‒ Setting goals and expectations with individual team members, assessing performance, and providing meaningful feedback

‒ Guiding team members on how to input data, update data, and correct information errors for all customer related data

‒ Ensuring that Implementation Specialists receive the necessary systems training (e.g., Trux, Tower) and guidance regarding data entry standard operating procedures from the Operations Support team

‒ Serving as an escalation point for data input issues

‒ Collaborating with Sales, Pricing, and Contracts to ensure the completeness and accuracy of all data entered as well as the communication of feedback to document originators on identified issues

• Identify opportunities for standardization and process improvement within data management and validation processes

• Support the Director of Operations on special projects, as requested

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Prior experience (1-3 years) leading and managing a small team

• Prior experience in account data input and validation, issue resolution, and escalation management

• Good understanding of the process from sales, pricing, contract implementation and service delivery to billing and collections (the order to cash process)

• Knowledge of waste and environmental services, including service offerings/definitions and operations/distribution channels

• Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office suite products

• Ability to coach and mentor effectively

• Ability to prioritize and communicate those priorities to team members

• Commitment to the implementation and enforcement of applicable company policies

• Minimum education: High school diploma or GED
