Join Signify as a Global Campaign Manager in Eindhoven and take the lead in shaping the marketing strategy for Philips Hue, the world’s top brand in smart connected lighting. We’re looking for a bold person, ready to drive change and make a real impact. You will:</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Define and implement the global marketing ( communication) strategy for Philips Hue, focusing on key KPIs and regional initiatives to drive growth.</p></li><li><p>Partner with (global) media agencies to create a media framework that supports local market needs.</p></li><li><p>Lead the development of global campaigns, sponsorships, and creative content, amplifying them across CRM, social media, web, and media channels.</p></li><li><p>Drive product launches by creating compelling messaging, coordinating with agencies, and producing launch content for PDP, e-tailers, and organic channels.</p></li><li><p>Own the social media strategy, optimizing engagement and measuring campaign performance to keep improving.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with key markets, product teams, and e-commerce to ensure campaigns are localized and optimized for success.</p></li><li><p>Track ROI, test new concepts, and continuously refine campaigns to maximize impact.</p></li><li><p>Manage the annual budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively</p></li><li><p>Build and lead a high-performing team to design integrated customer programs across the full consumer journey, from insight to activation.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2><b>More about You</b></h2><p></p><ul><li><p>You’ve got 10+ years of experience in consumer and digital marketing, with a strong mix of brand building and performance marketing expertise.</p></li><li><p>You’re skilled at spotting trends and turning data into actionable insights to shape new campaigns and optimize existing ones.</p></li><li><p>You’ve worked in regional or global organizations, with experience in FMCG or consumer electronics.</p></li><li><p>You’ve led integrated consumer campaigns from start to finish – from consumer insights to concept, production, and evaluation.</p></li><li><p>You know how to build a great team and influence cross-functional collaboration to get things done.</p></li><li><p>A degree in business or marketing is preferred, and you’re fluent in English (written and spoken).</p></li></ul><p></p><h2><b>Everything we’ll do for you</b></h2><p></p><p>You can grow a lasting career here.
