Job Role :- 

 

The candidate should be conversant with bye-laws of NCR locations

Studying various approvals necessary for construction of RE projects & comment on them

Discussions with clients for understanding of the project

Meeting industry players to keep himself updated on current market trends

Analysis of data & thereby assessing the impact on our lending

Updating senior management on news that might impact the Industry or our Business

Review of portfolio – Updating progress, market trends/ amendment in byelaws impacting our portfolio

Vendor Management – Audit, empanelment, renewal & termination of vendors

 

Job Requirements :-

 

Experience – 10 – 12 years in valuation & due diligence in real estate (RE) lending Business, preferably in NCR. 

Experience in RE construction domain will be an added advantage

Qualification – B.Tech in Civil Engg
